As with every thing I make, each one of these natural handled corkscrews has its own personality, since they are all made with different materials, and hand designed and crafted.

The screw is 300 series Stainless Steel, and is literally hand twisted to exact dimensions per my own design. Rather than the usual stamped point, all my custom corkscrews are hand ground to a perfect "starting point".

The screw itself is then fashioned to the handle with both a high-strength epoxy in addition to being threaded with a 300 series stainless steel bolt.

As for the wooden handles: for extra strength and life-long endurance, a steel stabilizer is formed into the handle giving it extra strength.

Remember again, that these photos just give you an idea. The best thing about these Bacchus Corkscrews is that each one is slightly different.
